Highlights:
2 Little Gulls -Both young birds, one of them in pretty much full juv plumage the other one in more advanced moult into 1st winter plumage. I saw them briefly in gullroost around 6pm before they flew off between chimneys and scrapyard corner.
Grey Wagtail - Sewage works.
Green Sandpiper - in flight near Marston corner of Stewartby Lake.
Hobby - near railway line.
2 Shovelers and some Teal on Pillinge.
One of two immature Little Gulls.

A flock of ducks avoiding the shooting in Rookery today..Black-headed Gull - Pillinge.

Stock Dove - Long Meadow - I finally managed to get a photo of one of these! They are surprisingly hard to get anywhere near.
Southern Hawker - a fairly obliging one in the Sensory Garden today.

Highlights:
Kingfisher at Gullwatch (Kingfishers are being very conspicuous at present. Regularly seen from the Gullwatch, the bank of Stewartby Lake nearest to Visitors Centre and around the Pillinge)
2 Pintail - in the middle of the Pillinge.
Another OSPREY! (see around 4pm over Stewartby Lake, and seen again by others over Rookery about an hour later)
Second Osprey in 3 days! This one was over Stwatby Lake
Very dodgy photo of two distant female-type Pintail on the Pillinge.
Grey Heron - This bird is spending a lot of time feeding in the pond in front of the cafe.
